I have the skills and experience to take on projects within marketing, social media, event planning, public relations, website management, and web design. Music is a big passion of mine which led me to recently pursue and complete the Artist Management Professional Certificate at Berklee College of Music with a 4.0 GPA.
I have extensive experience using social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO to increase brand exposure. These techniques have played a key role in my contributions toward award winning projects.
Running a productive blog goes a long way. Including the right content that is informative, relatable, and unique is important in maintaining consistent and progressive analytics. This approach has led to increased networking with popular companies and public figures.
I love getting down to the nitty gritty of a project subject matter to understand the many aspects of it and figuring out logical and creative approaches that can lead to optimal results and unique opportunities.
Delving into the media world has opened up sensible opportunities to take on clients in a PR setting. This is my way of taking advantage of every opportunity given to me and using my industry contacts as a springboard for client placements.
I am proficient in both PC and Mac operating systems and well-versed in applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Affects), WordPress, Workfront, Shopify, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr and LinkedIn.
I'm a big fan of music and I love discovering new acts. My passion for music discovery led me to create NXTSTYLE, a website highlighting rising talent in music and beyond. In 2020, I launched two large scale music features, The NEXT 100 and Songs of the Summer, interviewing over 100 artists combined. In addition I curate The NEXT in Music playlist which has been featured on Indiemono and international streaming platform Whyd. Many of the tracks I submit on Whyd hit the top 10 on their charts, including #1, all based on user interaction (likes and playlist adds) within the platform. In April 2013 and January 2015 the company interviewed me for their blog to get my thoughts on a variety of music-related topics including Underground Playlist, my website name at the time. Follow my website and personal account on Whyd for a sample of my music taste!
