Throughout my professional career, I have consistently driven myself to meet challenges and achieve goals. A great example would be in my most recent position as Marketing & Communication Coordinator at Envolve PeopleCare where my worth ethic and dedication led management to turn a two-month temporary position into an eventual full-time position lasting a total of five years. In an ever-changing environment speared by turnover, business acquisitions and company realignment I was able to find ways to expand my role by taking a team-first, proactive approach which gained the trust of management and coworkers. These opportunities allowed me to turn an initial data entry position into a critical team role in charge of creating and managing over 3,000 health plan documents, devising process improvement strategies, assisting in health plan portal and newsletters production, and being a SharePoint Administrator for my department. I also conceptualized the winning name for the company’s upcoming online nurse chat service. Sadly, after 5 years with the company due to the pandemic and reorganization in the company my position was eliminated. My journey at Envolve PeopleCare is one that I am proud of as I took advantage of every opportunity given to me and left a lasting impression on those that I worked with.
